1) When you initially make your 3 FastPass+ selections for the day, they must all be at separate times, not overlapping. However, once you have used the FastPass, the rest of the window is free - you could try to move your other FastPass+ selections to an earlier time slot. For example: you have a FastPass for Splash Mountain between 13:00 and 14:00, and another for Haunted Mansion between 14:00 and 15:00. You ride Splash Mountain at 13:10, just after your window opens... Once you have passed the second scanner, the rest of the window is now re-opened, and you could try to move your Haunted Mansion reservation earlier than 14:00, depending on availability. 2) If you plan on making use of Disney's new introduction of the 4th 'rolling' FastPass. It would be beneficial for you to make your three pre-booked selections as early in the day as possible, and therefore you will be able to book your first 4th FastPass earlier! 3) If you have a big party (usually more than 6), you may find it hard to get FastPass times when booking reservations day-of. It may be earlier to split your party into smaller groups (of around 4), when making FastPass+ selections. 4) You can change and modify your FastPass+ reservations, even if they have expired... For example, if you miss a reservation, you can go and re-organize that reservation for another time, or even attraction! |
