What is PhotoPass? Photopass is a Disney run system whereby photographers take pictures of your trip using Disney cameras; you can then view your photographs, and purchase them if you wish, online, up to 30 days after your trip is over. PhotoPass means that all members of the group are in the photo!
Where are PhotoPass photographers? PhotoPass photographers are situated in popular locations in all parks – including water parks. They move location daily, but will be situated in locations that will create for a good photograph. What are special “magic” poses? Some photographers may ask you to do some fun poses, such as cupping your hands, or have you hold your hands in the air, or point to the ground. When you view your photographs online, something very magical will happen – you’ll be holding Tinkerbell, you’ll be pointing at Stitch, or holding Mickey balloons! Or, if you are really lucky, you may get the ‘wings overlay’, where Tinker Bell’s wings are added to your back! Please note: these special poses are only available during the day… What is Memory Maker? Memory Maker is a new way to get unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass images, along with photos taken at select attractions and dining locations. Your photos are linked to your MDE account using your RFID enabled card or MagicBand. When do I purchase Memory Maker? The Memory Maker package must be purchased at least 3 days in advance of your visit; otherwise some photos may not be included. How much does Memory Maker cost? Disney’s Memory Maker package costs $169.00 if purchased in advance, and $199, if purchased at select merchandise locations in the resort. What does the Memory Maker package include? The Memory Maker package includes HD digital downloads of all PhotoPass and ride photos linked to your account, along with sharing and printing licences. This means that you can get the photos printed when you get home, or put into a photobook etc. The Memory Maker package does not include any physical products… Recent additions to Memory Maker include on-ride videos on select attractions, How do I link attraction photos to my Disney account, so that I can download them? This is available on all rides offering photos, apart from Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. 7DMT photos and videos can only be accessed if wearing a MagicBand whilst riding! On-ride videos will only be linked if you are wearing a MagicBand, and can only be downloaded if you have purchased Memory Maker. What attractions have ride photos?
