How do I book my FP+ reservations? Guests can book FastPass+ reservations using the My Disney Experience (sometimes called MDE, or MDX) website at www.disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan. Guests can also use the MDE app, available in the IOS app store, the Google Play store and on Amazon Store.
How far in advance can you book FP+ reservations? Guests staying on-site (including at the Swan and Dolphin Resort) can book FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance of their visit. Whereas, Off-site guests and Annual Passholders can book 30 days in advance. Do I have to book 3 FP+’s? No – you don’t have to pick 3 FastPass+ reservations, but if you do not fill all 3, then Disney’s system will automatically assign you the remaining FastPasses. For example, you may only want 1 FastPass+ reservation in Hollywood Studios, but Disney will assign you 2 more random selections. Can I book more than 1 FP+ reservation for an attraction? Guests can only have 1 advance FP+ reservation for an attraction, in a day. For example, you cannot get more than one FP+ reservation for Splash Mountain, on a single day. But, the fourth rolling FastPass can be for any attraction still available for selection, even if guests have already had a advance reservation. I don’t know what to pick for my FP+ reservations – help!! Disney offers FastPicks, a set of reservations that can serve as a starting point for first-time guests. This option also gives guests the option to customise selections, and change times. Also, be sure to check our Disney Magic's guide to the parks - coming mid-2015! I don’t have access to a phone or tablet! What can I do? FastPass+ kiosks are located around the parks, and can be used to make amendments to, and choose, reservations. The main locations of these kiosks are listed below… There may be others that are not listed. Some kiosk locations tend to be a lot busier than others, and Disney provides un-marked locations, where guests can use iPad's to log into their MDE account and make/change reservations. Be Our Guest, situated in New Fantasyland, offers FP+ at lunch, due to its popularity. This reservation does not count towards your 3 FP+ reservation options for the day. The reservation cannot be booked using the MDE website or app and can only be booked using a separate website URL – https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/. Advance FP reservations for Be Our Guest are currently only for guests staying on-site. Guests who are not staying on-site should queue as usual, where a new paper-based return system is being trialed. Can I cancel FP+ reservations? If you change your mind about a reservation you have made, or feel that the reservation is not required, you can cancel it using the MDE app or website, up until you use the FP+. For example, if there is a short line on a ride, you can cancel your FP+, and use it on another attraction. Alternatively, you can ride the attraction using the standby line, come off the ride, and re-ride using your reservation. |
